Please complete the form below to let us know your food choices for the Hurley Gala Dinner.
You can submit one form for your whole party, or each guest can complete their own form individually.
If you are ordering for more than one person, please make sure you clearly state each guest’s name and their specific starter, main course and dessert choices so we can match the correct meal to the correct person.
If you booked tickets on behalf of other guests, please make sure they either receive the link to this form and submit their own choices, or that you include their food order when completing the form for your party.
Please ensure we receive a menu choice for everyone included in your booking.
Food orders must be received by the 25th of September at the latest!
