Our Silent Auction is a wonderful way to support the Raise the Roof campaign — and perhaps take home something special!

Here’s how to take part:

​

For those attending the event -

• Browse the prizes in the booklet or in the bar area.

• Bid forms will be found on your dining table, at the bar, and on the auction table itself.

• Once you’ve decided on your bid, simply complete the form and place it in the box on the table by the bar by 11.00pm

If you cant attend the event but would still like to bid, the auction brochure will be published here before the event - 

• You can brows the prizes in the booklet that can be downloaded below once live. 

• Please email your bid to hurleygala@outlook.com stating the auction lot number, your name, a contact number and of course your bid. 

• Please ensure all email bids are submitted by 10.30pm on the 10th Oct. We’ll do our best to announce the winning bids before the end of the evening, if we run out of time we will contact you after the event.​

If you’d prefer to remain anonymous, just note this on your form or email— we’ll contact you directly if your bid is successful.

We would like to give a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated prizes and to all those who place bids in the auction tonight. Raise the Roof is a truly wonderful cause — vital for the preservation and protection of our beautiful village church, St Mary the Virgin, Hurley.
