Silent Auction
Our Silent Auction is a wonderful way to support the Raise the Roof campaign — and perhaps take home something special!
The auction brochure can be downloaded below.
Here’s how to take part:
For those attending the event:
Browse the prizes in the auction brochure before the event. Printed copies will also be available on your dining table and on the auction table in the bar area.
Bid forms will be available on your dining table, at the bar and on the auction table itself.
Once you have decided on your bid, simply complete the form and place it in the box on the table by the bar before 11.00 pm.
For those unable to attend the event:
If you can’t attend but would still like to bid you can browse the lots by downloading the auction brochure below.
Please email your bid to hurleygala@outlook.com, including the auction lot number and description, your name, a contact number, and the amount you would like to bid.
Please ensure that all email bids are submitted by 10.30 pm on 10 October.
We will do our best to announce the winning bids before the end of the evening. If we run out of time, we will contact the successful bidders after the event.
Additional auction lots featuring Google products, as mentioned in the auction brochure, can be found at the bottom of this page.
If you would prefer to remain anonymous, simply note this on your bid form or in your email. We will contact you directly if your bid is successful.
We would like to extend a huge and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated prizes and to everyone placing a bid in the auction. Raise the Roof is a truly wonderful cause, vital to preserving and protecting our beautiful village church, St Mary the Virgin, Hurley.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
